Profile of Dr. Yu Jianing (George)

于(yu)佳(jia)寧，經(jing)濟學博士，畢業于(yu)中國人民大學，副研究員職稱（工(gong)業和信(xin)息化部評審），權威(wei)區(qu)塊(kuai)(kuai)鏈(lian)專(zhuan)家(jia)，區(qu)塊(kuai)(kuai)鏈(lian)教(jiao)育家(jia)，知名數字經(jing)濟學家(jia)，“產業區(qu)塊(kuai)(kuai)鏈(lian)”理念提出者，被《中國周刊》譽為(wei)“培育‘區塊鏈思維(wei)’的領路(lu)人(ren)”。于佳(jia)寧博士曾(ceng)(ceng)任工業和信(xin)息化部信(xin)息中(zhong)心工業經濟(ji)研(yan)究所所長等(deng)職務，曾(ceng)(ceng)參與多項國家政策起(qi)草研(yan)究工作。

The respected economist Yu Jianing (George), Ph.D. in economics. He has achieved renown for his study in the realm of the digital economy and blockchain industry. Dr. Yu is recognized throughout the realm of IT as a top blockchain expert. Dr. Yu compiled and edited the important document Blockchain Industry White Paper 2018 (also known as Development Report of the Blockchain Industry 2018), which was issued by the Information Center of MIIT and published by the Economic Daily Press. The document, which expertly details the development history of China's blockchain industry, has been cited by the global media and has profoundly influences the industrial policies of local governments. Additionally, Dr. Yu is also the author of the Overview of the Internet: Research on China's Information and Communications Industry and the Outline of Chinese Art Investment.
